Title: Noisy blower fan
Post by: alexdukes on July 12, 2020, 11:23:08 AM
Hi everyone,

On my MK2 Galaxy, I have a squeeky blower fan! It's not noticeable when driving straight but gets annoying whilst going round corners!

I am sure it just needs some grease, but I can't for the life of me work out how to remove it!

I have the whole dash off but still can't work out how to detach it from the car??

Thanks

I had a squeaky blower fan on my Ford Focus MK1 and the solution was to remove it and rinse it out with WD-40. You wouldnââ,¬â,,¢t believe the dirt that came out! It fixed it perfectly. Could you somehow spray WD-40 into the motor spindle somehow my friend. Iââ,¬â,,¢m not sure where the blower motor is on the Galaxy/Alhamb.
