Title: Galaxy 2.3L power steering leak

This is a Galaxy 2003, 2.3L. It looks like the high pressure power steering hose from pump to rack is leaking where the metal pipe enters a flexible hose, clipped to a cross member under the steering rack on the offside.  Motor factors and a garage have both told me the replacement part is Ã,£350 ish.

Does anyone have a manual / drawing / parts list with the part number so I can search on ebay?

What about taking it off car and getting pirtek to have a look see if they can do anything?

Once its off the car I've gone beyond the point of no return - I will get there anyway when the leak gets worse.  So I will do that longer term, thanks for the suggestion.

(I found the number -Finis 1360713 Hose Assy - Pump To Steering Gear; (Part# 5M21-3A719-BA) but I can't find one on ebay. )
