Evening all,
When I had my Galaxy mk2, I followed a link on this forum and got a drop down list of my cars build list, showing the original options fitted.
I have tried to do the same for my Kuga, but cant get past the point where it just identifies my car. Is there a way to get the list for free, or do I have to pay? Coming from Yorkshire, that doesn't inspire :D
Good evening, my friend. Would this here website do the trick please?
https://www.etis.ford.com/vehicleRegSelector.do;jsessionid=UKNjMEwTTxcZcklcOQOvukMkqgUfwVxylHiSBz3_.eccvas1900f
I hope this is the web site you require.
Thank you.
Thanks, but that's where I have got to, its getting to the list of details I was hoping for.
Sadly it seems Ford have removed the option to do it for the general public, it used to list the same sort of info as microcat etc did. you can usually find the same info by looking it up in microcat, if you drop me a pm with your email address and Vin number in it I can give it a try if you want? (need the email as can only take a screenshot of it to send back to you and can't attach that here in a PM)
Thanks Brianh
PM sent :)
You can still join ETIS as (I forget the exact term) a sole/independent practitioner. Last time I checked it was without cost. The joining interface _is_ remarkably intimidating, with its talk of prices for this and that. But, unless it has changed very recently, you could still access vehicle details and spares diagrams for free. Only access to manuals has a fee.
Thanks, might give it a try when feeling brave :)
Iââ,¬â,,¢m sure they donââ,¬â,,¢t give anything away until youââ,¬â,,¢ve put a credit card number in so hopefully itââ,¬â,,¢s not possible to accidentally sign up to something you can get charged for
