Post by: allbluedave on February 22, 2013, 07:48:35 PM
hi guys. :) ok so ive jut replaced the paddles in the front door locks as the old ones where broke and its great that door locks and unlocks properly now but if i try to lock it by the key from the outside and  unlock it and open the drivers door the alarm goes off. :o if i shut the door n lock and unlock it again the alarm dont go off..........any ideas guys? they are 2 door pins missing but i wouldnt of thought these would of made a difference. im having to open the rear drivers door to lock it from the inside then i can open it from outside with the key. fobs still duff  >:(

Can you clarify what you mean by "pins missing" ?
It sounds like the barrel switch isn't working so although its unlocking, the alarm isn't being told it's been unlocked
