Hi, I have a Mk3 Galaxy (12 plate) and I'm having trouble with the rear door locks and windows.
Both rear doors windows switches have stopped working and both rear doors internal door handles won't open the doors. Everything failed at the same time (i.e. it seems like something central). The rear central locking works fine with the key, and can be opened from the outside no problem. The driver window switch will operate both rear windows. Its only the rear switches and the rear handles that no longer work. I've checked the rear fuse box and all fuses are fine to the rear doors.
Anyone know what this is? Thanks!
Has it got some sort of child lock system activated? I had a previous car that stopped windows and internal handles working with press of 1 button.
omg I think I am top contender for eejit of the year!!! Yes, the child lock button was on..... everything working perfectly, thank you Johnnyroper! I am going to crawl away quietly now and hope no one saw me.....
