The OK(arrow) on the pic below- sometimes there and sometimes not.. any ideas what it is?
If nothing else, it means that the people who made this car didn't give much thought to intuitive interface design.
If you have a warning (simple stuff like seatbelts fastened?/do you want internal sweep disabled? or more serious stuff like tyre pressure warnings) this will illuminate and you press the OK button on the steering wheel to remove the warning.
They should have put the "OK" button next to the warning message or alternatively should have something like "OK?" to indicate it's not a notification but a prompt for action.
In fact, if they had used that display real estate effectively, they would have enough space for something much more intuitive like "Clear message?"
