I have a 2007 Ford Galaxy model. The right indicator does not work intermittently. The problem is seems completely random. However, the hazard lights work.
Can you help me find the solution to my problem?
Regards,
So the hazard lights work fine this proves the bulb, wiring and bulb holder. I think you are looking at either a switch issue or the body control module, have you had it on diagnostic software?
Hi
I use google translation to write you my problem. I am French and my English is limited. I own a 2007 Ford Galaxy 1.8 TDCI.
The right indicator does not work intermittently. I checked the bulbs and fuses.Everything is ok! The malfunction is random.
I went to a Ford center. I explained my problem to a technician. He checked with the diagnostic bag and found no problem. The technician told me that this problem is not reported at Ford. I went to several English Ford forums. I could read that the problem exists. However, I did not understand which part is defective.
I put you a web link on an english forum that talks about my problem but I do not have how the problem has been solved. I even asked for help on this forum but no one answered me. Can you help me find the solution to my breakdown?
Thank you.

It unclips very easily. May only be dirty contacts between it and the wiring harness, so cleaning them as a first attempt would be worth a try. Otherwise replace.
