Ok, final question of the night I promise! [drive]
I think my car battery is just beginning to get to the end of its life as its started turning over slower then usual in the very cold temperatures we've just been seeing. Old school cars you could just swap it out but then I replaced the battery in my Audi A5 it went flat in a week because I didn't 'tell the car I had changed it and for what battery'. I find that amazing and actually a backward step but nevertheless, do I need to tell the Mk3 Galaxy that I have changed the battery and if so, how?
I dont believe the Mk3 Galaxy has any 'smart' charging like the VAG equivalents. My question to you though is that if you are like for like swapping then why would it need configuring?
