hi all . i turn the steering wheel and i get a spring type noise from the right side

Either
a) The top mount has seized so the strut isn't turning freely
b) The lower ball joint has failed allowing excess movement of the hub
c) The spring has snapped

You need to get under and have a nose about

As mirez said may well be a broken spring, follow the coils carefully it,s not always obvious at first glance if the spring is broken
