I have replaced my passenger side inner tripod drive in Oct 2015 with a genuine Ford F1308629 kit it is now starting to give trouble slight knocking pulling away in first and when the car is jacked up and let down again I get the steering wobble at low speed I usually end up having to drive it in a figure 8 pattern to settle it down again.
I am having a hard time searching for equivalent parts for this drive
My ford dealer was only giving 1 year warranty on parts over the counter
I was looking on the autodoc site and there was a Pascal G7W019PC listed as being suited to my car but when I messaged them they said it was not suitable their oem ref no was OEN 7M0407272E - VW for the pascal drive.
If it was just the one inner CV joint you replaced is there a chance that it's not the one you replaced but the other side that's now causing trouble?
I don't have personal experience but several members on this forum rate the Motomax (https://www.fordmpv.com/smf2/ford-galaxy-reference-library/galaxy-mk2-gearbox-drive-stub-axel-and-half-shaft-(inner-drive-shaft)/#sthash.1fpQS7WW.dpbs) aftermarket joints & shafts...........
Yes its the passenger side that is causing the knock pulling away in first gear and I can feel the play in it. I am just presuming that it is the source of the vibration when the car is jacked up and let down again.
I have used that motomax site for my previous 2002 galaxy for the drivers side inner stub axle where they supplied a much improved part alright.
I have just had both front shocks out to replace the bearing mounts but noticed the top plates had been worn oval and had cut into the shocks so I was planning on getting a pair of KYB 334947 front shocks to replace them with. Now I have just noticed the passenger side rack boot has just started to leak some oil but the reservoir has not gone down yet, so that is a good sign. There is a 160,000 miles on the clock and I want to put some steering fluid conditioner in to try and keep the seals supple.
Can you recommend a conditioner for the steering that will be compatible?
It would also be nice if someone could recommend an inner tie rod tool tht works on this car as I am considering replacing both inner and outer rack ends art the same time.
Also give these a try,I have had a pair of shafts for my other car off them and found the price and service to be excellent. The parts themselves are very well made and carry a 2 year guarantee.
I know they do the intermediate shaft kit so no doubt will do

I came across that site on ebay but there appeared to be a lot of unhappy customers looking at previous reviews.
I can only go on my experience I have had 2 shafts for x type and a few years back 1 for a 205 gti and both times found them to be very good.
