the ns top mount looks like the attached pic surely its not right just had new mount spring and shock!!! any ideas[attachimg=1][attachimg=2]

Something don't look right with that mine is nowhere near as high as that.

last resort is to try genuine ford parts which are on order after that I don't know the os one is fine only about 1/4 inch gap

I had this issue after changing mine - it was the doughnut bush - non genuine and not a good pattern part - it basically collapsed. I replaced with a better version and all was well.

Solved all new genuine ford parts fitted all ok moral don't use cheap ebay crap!!!!!!

Good to know! I used monroe parts but they just collapsed like yours.
