My Ford Galaxy 2004 ignition fob micro switches (lock and unlock) got worn out and I decided to do them myself snf managed to do the unlock micro switch while struggled with the lock micro switch due to the very tiny surface mounted components (SM) in the vicinity. In this struggle, one of the pad on the PCB of this switch got damaged as if came off the board. It was tiny bit and fell on the floor and disappeared. Now I am in a fix, should I order a new one from the Ford ( that will be costly)  or have it repaired by a professional. I live in London and do not know any professional to go to to have it done. Lastly can a  local locksmith help me to have a replacement key with what I got now.  Lastly does anyone know where to get  the circuit diagram from for this ignition key. Any suggestion/ advice will be highly appreciated.

The chances of getting circuit drawing are non existent I would think.

Get a used key off the bay and swap PCB to your fob,just make sure you don't lose your immobiliser chip. Then follow the procedure in ref library to code the fob to your car. It's simple to do just by inserting in to drivers door lock turning in a certain sequence and operating the button.
