I often see references to using vcds/ vagcom. Getting it to work is fairly well covered on here as it what lead do I need
There is a bit from Mirez covering adaptations.
Was thinking more along the lines of egr valve adjustment and cam timing, things like that
A " how to" for this sort of trickery would be useful in ref libary,unless of course its there and Ive not seen it.
I only use mine to scan for codes at the moment.
