i know you all talk about using vag com to do bits and pieces like distance to empty and so forth. just wondering is this any good for those sorts of things and would it be able to do abs bleeding do you reackon?

Then download the free software from Ross-tech much more functional than a handheld scanner
Absolutely, the software and cable is much better then a scanner. One point though, you won't be able to enable distance to empty with it - you need Vag-Tacho for that... I'll write up some info on all the software in the next few days as its a bit confusing!!
