Title: MK3 Rear view Camera

Hi, Having problems with the rear view camera on my 2011 mk3 galaxy, when selecting reverse gear instead of normal steady clear view its flashing on and off? any help much appreciated cheers Dave,

Hi Dave , the normal cause for the screen to flicker could be a blown reverse bulb as the voltage drops and sends a bad signal to the screen or it could be a loose camera lead. Andy

Hi Andy, Thanks ive sorted the camera flickering, it was a bad connection on the camera lead behind the big black plastic panel, pulled it apart then sprayed both ends with electric contact spray then for good measure used insulating tape to wrap around connector to keep damp out, working ok now thanks for the tip! cheers dave
