Just after a bit of advice about swapping over to xenons.
What work is involved to swap OE xenon lamps and all associated parts from one vehicle to another?
A reasonable amount bit not insomoutable, fitting the level sensors will be a pain as I image the chassis mounts are there but the axel ones probably aren't.
Bumper and washer bottle shoupdate be easy and then it's just a case of wiring it all together and coding the gateway and bcm
So what's the likelihood of my loom having the wiring in it already do you thing?
As for the coding is that a vcds thing or will I need some other program?
0% with a 100% guarentee ;)
The wiring is only fitted to xenon cars, halogen cars use different looms and it's one or the other
VCDS can code it though you will probably need the full version.
Thought that would be the case.
I Will have to look at it when I get the car and see if it's worth the hassle of swapping over.
