Bolt on.

You need to take the bumper cover and the headlamps off then it is a series of bolts and cables.

As above, the front panel is of plastic construction and is held to the wings by a self tapping bolt in either top corner and to the front chassis legs- either side of the engine. The front crash beam bolts to the chassis legs through the front panel so this must be removed first. Be warned, to remove the front panel properly the air con system needs to be degassed so that the offside lower air con pipe into the condenser can be unbolted and moved out of the way.

Yes.

The only picture I didn't take was the one with the panel removed.  The ropes went to a garage ceiling joist to support  the radiators while the panel was out.  The air-con coupling that needs dis-connecting is on the end of the silver pipe at the bottom left of the shot.  All the other cooling/oil cooler/intercooler circuits don't need separating. The oil-cooler can be moved out of the way as the hoses pass under the panel.  Bumper needs to come off as well as the cover too.
