Title: Juddering at 50 mph
Post by: Twistedjim on April 10, 2016, 01:47:32 AM
I have a juddering when I get to 50 but goes at 60 but if I lift off it stops I have had wheels balanced . I have had the suspension mounts and cv boot re-placed on m.o.t and the garage said everything is ok even though the problem was not there when I gave my car to them.
Was just wondering if this could be a coil problem??? Any advice would be greatly recieved😊

The inner cv joint spider bearing can fall apart when an outer cv is removed from the hub. Check the shaft for movement on the side you had the boot changed.

I had the same / similar issue. Turned out to be the inner drive shafts that needed replacing.
