I bought mine from a Ford dealer, take a read here (https://www.fordmpv.com/smf2/ford-galaxy-reference-library/ford-galaxy-mk2-mt350-(6-speed-manual)-gearbox-oil-change/), the part number and details are in the first paragraph and there's a picture of the bottle in the first image.

I'm sure you could also get it from VW/ SEAT as well but I don't know their part number for it.

G 052 161 A2, I got mine from an Audi dealer. Ã,£16 a litre and you need 3 bottles. Or you can get the Fuchs oil from egay.

Fuchs Titan Sintofluid Fe SAE 75W. Undo/check fill plug first, then drain the oil. Good luck.
