Hello,
Has anyone removed the ceiling cover??
In mine the fabric start to unglue and is falling.
regards
Removing the headliner isn't an easy job but its certainly do-able.
Remove the rear 5 seats
Remove the two plastic screws at the back of the headlining, then the A, B, C and D pillar trims.
Remove the sun visors, remove the sunglass holder
Disconnect the sun visor lights (if you have them)
Disconncet and remove the courtesy lights
Unscrew the grab handles
Drop the lining and slide out of the tailgate.
AND DONT DO IT WHEN ITS WINDY,like i did when i had to mend my sunroof on my old mk1,ended up running down the road with it so it didnt get bent. ;D
make sure your hands are CLEAN or wear gloves.
be aware the front of the lining will probably be glued on(mine was)so before dropping the back make sure you free the front.
