Hello,

I donÃ,´t know is everybody Knows about this page, but for my is usefull.  I own a Seat Alhambra.

go to              http://ifinterface.com/   
then click on  ''welcome''
then click on  ''free services''   (is on upper right corner)
then click on  ''CarProg2''
and then just select your car and year

Going trought the menus is not so easy but you will figer out
