Hello from a new boy. My problem is on my daughters smax . Intermittently both the electric window and the central locking will not work on the rear passenger door. it has progressed to neither working at all.
My first thought is that it must be a broken wire, is this a reasonable assumption?
Is it possible to get a wiring diagram for this vehicle?
My next thought is why is it necessary to make a car so complex, but that is just me getting old.

got to agree with you about a broken wire,this would be my first port of call aswell.
havnt been able to source any wiring diagrams yet but working on it ;)
i would suggest taking apart the door gaitor and carefully inspect the wires for breakages.
and they make them hard to work on to stop the likes of you and i from working on them,so they THINK they will get the work and charge stupid ammounts of your hard earned.
