yes it went well,it was meant to have been done 3 weeks ago but my blood pressure was a tad high,160/110 at 1 point it was cancelled.

so in the hosie at 7.30 this morning,1st down at 9.15,and was still in recovery at 12ish,apparently i like sleep just a tad too much. ???
home by 2.30 via the nearest kfc.yum,needed it.

AND IN FOOKING PAIN. :'(
minimum of 2/3 weeks off work,if not more.

When they do get round to replacing it, make sure they use the Polish Motomax replacement and not the J&R or it might not fit properly and/or will need replacing again soon afterwards. :)
