Title: Ford Galaxy - Spare Wheel Cover (Mk1)

Found an interesting part number on a German website for a spare wheel cover. The idea being that the spare wheel is no longer exposed (so much) to the weather and road debris. Interestingly the VAG part number is a Sharan part number although I've not seen any UK Galaxy, Sharan or Alhambra with one fitted!

VAG: 7M0 601 223C
Ford: 95VW 45026 AB

Costs about Ã,£30 and simply pushes into position on the Mk1 Galaxy. It may need modifying to fit a Mk2 due to the different winch designs used for the wheel carrier.

Bottom, as would be viewed when in position:

Top, note the 3 push-fit lugs:
