Usually  all head units have their own cable to ISO . I googled for pics of your head unit and it looks like it has ISO socket built in . I would recommend to take your unit to say Halfords and see what they have got . I am pretty sure it will be Ford to ISO adapter .

i got one from local shop or very cheap on ebay   but make sure you get correct one.   Halfords will rip you off    ebay great for this kind of item       then simply remove head unit,  trace the wiring blocks from the radio cassette back a few inches and uncouple from the block you come to.   then attaché the new connectors to them and then into the new stereo you have.

Hiya I went to halfords today and they give me a ford to isolate adapter but when I got home and set it up there wasn't any sound so I went straight back to halfords and he had a look at all the wiring and said he hadn't seen wiring like mine before. There isn't a connector that will go into the speaker part of the adapter there is 2 wires but there too small to fit in. I will try and take pictures so you can see.
