Can anyone tell me the Amp current that the fuel pump draws for this model? Mine is measuring approx 12.7 amps. Thanks

Are you referring to the in tank sender unit? If so I've no idea what it should actually be but 12.7 amps @ 12V is around 150 watts which seems rather a lot for a small electric motor like that.

I stand to be corrected as ever!

Yes this is the tank sender unit.

Can anyone measure the amps on a 2.0l Ford Galaxy Mk3 and confirm what reading they get on theirs? I'm trying to get an official figure from Ford but no one can give me a figure.

Thanks
