Hi Roberto

There are a few posts on here regarding this issue :
https://www.fordmpv.com/smf2/wip-board/ford-galaxy-repairing-broken-door-wiring/msg8984/#msg8984 (https://www.fordmpv.com/smf2/wip-board/ford-galaxy-repairing-broken-door-wiring/msg8984/#msg8984)

Sometimes, if the wiring isn't damaged in the door gaiters it can be a door lock motor problem. If you put your ear to the door that isn't opening near the handle you should hear the motor attempting to lock....now....it's really quiet so pretty difficult to hear. If you do hear the little 'chirp', then the contacts inside the door lock need to be cleaned......check here.....  https://www.fordmpv.com/smf2/ford-galaxy/re-central-locking/msg11588/#msg11588 (https://www.fordmpv.com/smf2/ford-galaxy/re-central-locking/msg11588/#msg11588)
