Now that I've just celebrated a significant Birthday I've been told by my friends I should be slowing down now and taking things easy, so in future any posts I make will be written slowly :) hope that doesn't cause anyone a problem reading my posts.

Belated Happy Birthday though Chris, it's never a bad thing to take your time, all too easy to jump head first into things and get the wrong end of the stick, a lesson I regret to say I've not as yet fully learned!
