When i switch on lights the ones in the consul are flickering any idear what could be causing this :(

What do you mean with 'the consul'? what is it? (please forgive me, I'm non UK :-[ )

I take that to be "console"
as in a dashboard display

not used as a description too
much these days
if you google it

possibly a place to disperse information
