Can you be more specific or post a picture of where it's leaking from? Is it leaking high up near the power steering reservoir or low down near the power steering pump for example?

That looks like fluid leakage from the power steering reservoir area in your picture, if the hose clamps going into the reservoir are tight and you can't see any obvious splits in the reservoir or hoses my approach would be to wipe the oil off as far as possible with some rag & brake cleaner and keep an eye on it to see where it starts to mist up / get wet first. Is it leaking enough to leave oil on the road when parked up overnight?

There aren't any parts available for power steering pump overhaul and even if there were it probably wouldn't be economic to repair it, if it's knackered you need a new one I'm afraid.

Have you topped up the steering fluid? if the level is low you will get all sorts of noises from the steering pump.
Have you established where the fluid is leaking from.

Cleaned where the leak was it doesn't seem to be oil think one of the hoses or the power steering reservoir is crack so would air het in to system
