Its a PITA that one but there is a joint below the drivers headlight, you need to either dismantle the front of the car or cut a piece out of the fibreglass shelf to get to it though, where abouts its yours broken? It's probably cheaper to get a mobile AC specialist out to repair the pipe.

im hopefully getting the air con pipe changed tommorow the joint under the headlamp is it a push fit? or do you need a special tool to do the job the new pipe just looks like it pushes in to the other pipe

I think you'll find it's a push fit to fit it BUT you need a tool to release the old one from the joint, that fits over the "inner" pipe and under the "outer" pipe to release a locking collar.  Not sure which pipe has the seals on but you need to be careful not to damage either the seals or the mating face or it will leak!

Yes this is a push fit and as said its a bit like the speed fit plumbing kit you can get in that it needs a special tool to undo once made.

Which pipe are you trying to remove? The kind of tools linked by Chris a couple of posts up are usually the kind of thing you need.
