Title: light leveling switch/ clock dimmer

Hi can anyone tell me if or where I can find a fuse or relay for the light leveling switch on a ford galaxy 2003 1.9 tdi,my lights wont move up and down I replaced the switch as it looked dodgy but still no joy the mot guy said it could be a fuse or relay and ruled out it being the motors as it was rare for both to fail any help would be great
