hi everybody and I hope things r good .I'm strangling to find where ccm placed in sharan 2003.any help appreciated and many thnx.

If you mean the engine management ECU for the 1.9 TDI I believe it's sat in the engine bay (as indicated by the red arrow) to the rear of the battery and to the right of the coolant header tank (as you look into the engine bay):

If that's not what you're after and you mean the module that controls e.g central locking and timed functions such as the interior lamps, then I believe it's integrated into the main fusebox which lives behind the pull down panel in the dash below and to the right of the steering wheel- see here.
