Have you checked the passenger footwell for wet carpet, there is a joint in the pipe under the carpet that can become disconnected, see Here (https://www.fordmpv.com/smf2/ford-galaxy-reference-library/rear-washer-joint-in-passenger-footwell/)

lucky you haha, I have the same problem but I checked my pipe and it's fine I get a puddle of water running from under the passenger wheel so mine must be disconnected at the bottle although I can't get the wheel arch liner off to get at it as the screws are all weathered :-(

It also can be the pump leaking, have just changed one with the same problem.
Those screws should knock around with a small chisel once started they should come out easily.

I just fixed footwell joint and changed new pump. Now I got wet tailgate..  >:(
I found this in other topic: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SKODA-VW-CARS-REAR-BACK-SCREEN-NOZZLE-WASHER-JET-3B9955985A-original-part-/121176463602?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item1c36ae18f2  Is this part moving with the wiper arm or not? I got something jammed in there . That's why tiny pipe is broken inside the wiper arm axle.  ::)
So I need that new nozzle (founded) and that pipe thing trought motor assembly. Any ideas?

That washer jet fixes inside the rear wiper motor spindle- the design of the rear wiper motor means that the washer fluid is fed through the motor spindle itself, so yes, the jet rotates with the spindle and wiper arm when the wiper is switched on. Are you saying your old jet has snapped off inside the spindle?

 No, I broke it  ;D
After I Discovered that a small tube is broken. And I tried to take the final piece of inside of the shaft.
It is about 3,3mm thick brass tube which is broken.
I am looking something like this...

Good job! I was incorrect earlier when I said that the jet rotates with the wiper spindle, the spindle is hollow to allow the separate washer fluid delivery tube to pass through it, so that when the spindle rotates the water delivery tube stays static. Anyway, it's good information to know you can get a repair kit instead of having to replace the complete wiper motor!
