Title: vcds lite
Post by: Etihad84 on July 31, 2014, 12:23:39 AM
Hi all so I got one of these diagnostic leads from ebay as recommended by mirez I think it was and downloaded vcds lite. Had a little play around tonight and took a few pics of some findings. 1st thing I noticed was intake air temperature (surely cant be right at around 9pm at night) 2nd thing MAF reading seems to be a lot higher than specified?? Lastly it threw up my turbo boost issue fault code again, at just over 3000revs the intake pressure doesnt seem right? Maybe one of you good guys could make some sense of all that. Cheers in advance

You need to do a log file, see the post below

Link (https://www.fordmpv.com/smf2/ford-galaxy/stumbling-erratic-idle-low-power-revs-limited-2000rpm/)

You cannot do this with the car stationary, you will need bursts of 100% throttle (flat out) at 3000 RPM
