Title: dashboard cup-holders not ejecting outwards

one thing after another for me right now but does anyone have any idea how to fix these cup-holders?  :'(

They are normally stuck closed because of cola lol :)
Remove them, wash in hot water, WD40 the mech and refit - instructions for removal in the ref library :)

lol, nope ive had them out mate. there appears to be a little silvery barrel thing on both holders that has come lose
