Yes, but it's actually been replaced by VCDS-LITE .

The lead I have is in this ebay listing http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/USB-OBD2-II-KKL-ECU-DIAGNOSTIC-CABLE-LEAD-FD232B-chip-compatible-with-VCDS-LITE-/330752513588?pt=UK_Diagnostic_Tools_Equipment&hash=item4d0262d634 (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/USB-OBD2-II-KKL-ECU-DIAGNOSTIC-CABLE-LEAD-FD232B-chip-compatible-with-VCDS-LITE-/330752513588?pt=UK_Diagnostic_Tools_Equipment&hash=item4d0262d634)

It also includes links to the software on the authors site (Ross-Tech).

Martin - None that are really applicable to the Galaxy. The majority of new features are to do with technology advancements in later VAG cars.
