Title: Thick question time!

I have a symbol on the dash that I have never seen on any other car? I don't have a handbook so couldn't look it up but hopefully someone can answer it for me! It only comes on when i put the 4-way flasher lights on (which is most of the time being an ambulance) and its like two arrows and the number one in the middle? Any ideas?

Sounds as though it is the trailer warning light for the indicators.

Also indicates when 4 ways are operated.
