Title: S-Max front door wont open
Post by: jolopark on June 23, 2014, 01:07:56 AM
Hi I wonder if anyone can help with this one - our front passenger door on our 07 S-Max is permanently locked.  A child was mucking about inside the car and managed to lock the car, set the alarm off and then he has done something to the door lock.  The lock button is pushed in all the time - it comes out when you pull on it but just springs back into place.

I have taken the door handle surround off and you can see the cable move when you pull the door handle but I need to know how I can free the lock?  Possibly something is now broken but I dont know how to take the dor trim off to see inside.

Any help very gratefully appreciated

Jonathan
