Rear wiper problem, wipes erratically after a screen wash?? any ideas. Looked for posts but could not find any  :(

Are you saying it works normally when you don't use the washer, what do you mean by erratically EG. stopping and starting, stopping in the middle of the screen, making noises.

could be broken wires in the rubber gaiter to the tailgate. 8-) mine did the same and thats what it was.  :)

Yes it is erratic EG. stopping and starting, stopping in the middle of the screen, cheers

Yes the wires breaking and shorting in the gaiter is a common problem, check in there first.

Hmmm, seems to have stopped when I re-soldered the junction 32 wiring in the passenger doorsill... I soldered a set of green wires while i was in there, they were making a similar junction point?

Are the infamous splice joint 32 also has effect on the rear wiper aswell  [GJ]
