hi there i have my galaxy 04 so noise when turning the steering wheel left and right specialy if  i manoeuver it .

Check alternator clutch pulley as this can cause squealing and steering judder.[
Disconnect battery, locate fan blade through slots in alternator case, if the clutch is working correctly you should be able to turn the fan blades anticlockwise but not clockwise.
If you can't turn the fan with ease then the clutch pulley has seized and will need replacing.
