Hi. The matrix display in my 56 S-Max has gone wrong. The display is blank apart from a solid orange line across the bottom. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, did they manage to fix it and how ?

Can you just confirm your vehicle as your profile says C Max but your topic says S Max.
If your refering to the multifunction display I would check fuses first but the problem may be in the cluster.
There are recommended cluster repairers that do a good job for a fraction of a new cluster from the dealers.
