sorry for the very late reply colin,must have missed this 1. :-[

to remove the headlights requires the uncliping of the main headlight wires and the smaller side light 1s aswell.
then its just a case of undoing the 2 screws,1 at the top and 1 down the side and the whole unit will with a bit of fiddling just lift out.
