Hi
Thanks to this forum again as I have just sorted my non-squirting rear window washer by taking the footwell apart on the passengers side and re-connecting the darn window washer tubes back together! Also used a cable tie to stop it happening again :)
Someone had nicked the rear wiper washer cover cap though so the water is now squirting straight backwards into oncoming traffic like a clowns flower!!!
I have ordered this replacement from flebay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/121104797329?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649 as the fraud original part was around Ã,£10! this is less than Ã,£5 inc delivery from the Czech republic 8-)
Alan.
Good work BUT, the 90* angle is built into the washer mechanism and has nothing to do with the cap which is just for aesthetics. If its shooting back and not up or to the side then its most likely the shaft has been snapped off by some ham fisted git trying to remove the rear wiper! You probably need this bit as well:
