And now it's bloody snowing, looks about 3 inches so far

Wow really? We had about an inch but it only lasted about 4 hours before it turned to rain and all disappeared! Bugger!

Roughly had about six inches but the wind was blowing it around so is two feet deep in places

we had 4-5 " in eastbourne,

went to bed at 1.45 this morning,checked outside etc.
couldnt sleep tried the tele NOTHING sky dish totally covered in snow,got dressed went out the front this was about 3 am,

opened front door to find some loon  ;D had built a snowman on my door step  ;D ;D
took until this afternoon to find it was my neighbour comming back from a night out.

whats really funny,when the kids woke up and we told them about it,we opened the front door to find he had been back and placed a bannana next to mr snowman and wrote on it,1 OF YOUR 5 A DAY. ;D ;D

me thinks he was a tad inebriated??

lucky that he didnt incorporate said banana as part of mr snowman - would have been and interesting reaction from the kids  :)
