Well, I know it is not car related and it is my first proper post but this is SERIOUS :)
I have made a cake for the last 2 years and the last one was awesome. Problem is I have deleted my recipe and there are so many to choose from that I need some recommendations from the budding spare time chefs among you please.

BBC food website usually has a good range to choose from.  You've left it a bit late, haven't you?

Just a bit lol! i did the same last year and even put a reminder on my phone this time but still forgot to sort it.
I actually made one last night using a recipe from bbcgoodfood.com in the end and it nearly went to plan! I missed the vanilla extract so added a splash once the mix was in the tin and gave it a stir in there.
Too much going on at the moment and just got distracted but sure it will taste fine with some icing on in a few weeks (i hope!)

I LOVE CHRISTMAS CAKE!!!! Don't be selfish lol make sure you share it out!!!!

I get mine from Tesco. Highly recommended, the little red pudding tubs cost about a fiver and are delicious.
I drive a Seat Alhambra 1.9Tdi which has 115bhp and an automatic gearbox.

I am happy to help you with all your questions. I am not a qualified mechanic but seem to be better at fixing my car than even the most experienced garages.

I have lots of friends here and very much enjoy talking with you all. Always remember, a motor car is a serious tool and should be treated with respect. Put your safety first, always.
